Inspired by Korean cuisine, we've slowly braised British Pork shoulder in Gochujang, a fermented chilli paste. It is then finished with plenty of ginger, garlic and black pepper for a sweet, savoury and spicy finish.

A GUIDE TO BLOCKS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

cook ON THE HOB

Cook in a saucepan over medium heat with the lid on for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. If the blocks start to stick to the pan, add a small splash of water.

cook IN A MICROWAVE

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat on full power for 4 mins, stirring halfway through. Leave for about a minute to rest.

Ensure food is piping hot. Once heated, do not refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
