Our very first limited edition is sure to be a fan favourite. Black lentils are simmered in rich coconut milk and a touch of tomato, garlic and ginger. It is lightly spiced with warming garam masala and finished off with roasted butternut squash.

cook ON THE HOB
Heat with a tablespoon of water in a saucepan over medium heat with the lid on. Simmer for 6 mins for one Block, with an additional minute for every additional Block, stirring occasionally.
cook IN A MICROWAVE
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat on full power for 1 min per Block, stirring halfway through. Leave for a minute to rest. Tested in a 900W microwave, appliances may vary.
Ensure food is piping hot. Once heated, do not refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
