We send our parcels with a next-day courier like DPD or DHL. Each box is insulated and packed with dry ice to keep it ice cold.

Your shipment can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm. Our courier will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your delivery, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving. Our couriers are asked to leave your box of Blocks with you even if you're not in, otherwise they'll defrost! You can use these notifications to specify a safe place directly with the courier.

Pop those blocks in the freezer as soon as you can!

Delivering frozen food is a little different from a regular parcel. Dry ice, insulated packaging, and next day couriers all add up, and they're some of our biggest costs as an online frozen food company.

Delivery actually costs us more than £6. For orders of fewer than 6 packs, we ask customers to contribute £6 towards shipping. If you order 6 packs or more, we’ll cover the full delivery cost.

World domination is obviously on the horizon but let’s go one step at a time shall we? We’re proud to have just expanded from only serving London to now delivering to almost all of Mainland UK/Great Britain.

We deliver our tasty blocks every week Tuesday-Friday. Get your orders in by midnight Sunday to guarantee delivery that week. If a date isn't displaying in the calendar, it's likely fully booked! Drop us a message if you'd like to rearrange.
