Mum never used a recipe, just threw it together with chorizo, chicken, peppers and a splash of wine, and it was always perfect, so this is my take on it.
Here's 3 ways I would serve it: on fluffy rice with a squeeze of lemon, load it up onto a jacket potato with a spoon of sour scream, or tossed with cooked pasta for a lovely sauce. However, you have it you’ll love it"
