Problem with your delivery?

We’re really sorry if you’ve experienced a problem with your delivery - our main job is to get your box of tasty blocks into your freezer safe and sound. Sam or Charlie should already be in touch to make sure everything has gone ok, but please drop us a WhatsApp on 07942333689 and we’ll do best to get back to you as soon as we can!

What’s this dry ice all about?

We pack all our orders with dry ice to keep them as cold as possible. It’s normal for dry ice to evaporate over time but there still might be some left in there. Avoid the temptation to pick it up with your bare hands as it is really cold. To dispose of any leftover dry ice, keep it in a well ventilated area and avoid putting it on any surfaces you care about as the cold could damage it. Maybe pop open the lid on our delivery box and leave it somewhere airy.

Where we deliver

World domination is obviously on the horizon but let’s go one step at a time shall we? We’re proud to have just expanded from only serving London to now delivering to almost all of Mainland UK/Great Britain. Unfortunately we can’t quite get to some places in a day so the postcodes we aren’t yet delivering to are: V, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. When we deliver

We deliver our tasty blocks every Wednesday. Get your orders in by midnight Sunday to guarantee delivery that week. Your shipment can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm. DPD will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your delivery, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving. Pop those blocks in the freezer as soon as you can! We’ll ask you to enter some delivery instructions at checkout to let us know where we can leave your box if you’re not in. If you don't leave any instructions and you are out, your box will be placed by your front door. Just click on the link in your confirmation email to DPD's tracking portal online if you need to change the delivery instructions on the day!
