We’ve taken inspiration from a Mexican classic with this one. Slow cooked British Chicken in a tangy chipotle sauce, finished with plenty of black beans, cumin, and lime. It’s smoky, spicy, and absolutely delicious.

cook ON THE HOB
Cook in a saucepan over medium heat with the lid on for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. If the blocks start to stick to the pan, add a small splash of water.
cook IN A MICROWAVE
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat on full power for 4 mins, stirring halfway through. Leave for about a minute to rest.
Ensure food is piping hot. Once heated, do not refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
