A GUIDE TO BLOCKS

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

cook ON THE HOB

Heat with a tablespoon of water in a saucepan over medium heat with the lid on. Simmer for 6 mins for one Block, with an additional minute for every additional Block, stirring occasionally.

cook IN A MICROWAVE

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat on full power for 1 min per Block, stirring halfway through. Leave for a minute to rest. Tested in a 900W microwave, appliances may vary.

Ensure food is piping hot. Once heated, do not refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
