A GUIDE TO BLOCKS
There are 8 blocks in each pack of STOCKED which is enough to make 2-4 meals depending on how you use them. Check out our recipes here for inspiration and get experimenting in the kitchen!
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

cook ON THE HOB

Cook in a saucepan over medium heat with the lid on for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. If the blocks start to stick to the pan, add a small splash of water.

cook IN A MICROWAVE

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat on full power for 4 mins, stirring halfway through. Leave for about a minute to rest.

Ensure food is piping hot. Once heated, do not refreeze. Keep frozen until ready to eat.
