A great excuse to eat an entire Burrata...
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 or 2 Blocks of Summer Beans
  • 1 Burrata or Mozzarella
  • 1 Slice of Bread
  • Olive Oil
  • Basil
COOKING METHOD
  1. Toast the bread
  2. Heat up the Summer Beans until piping hot
  3. Top the toast with the beans
  4. Tear the Burrata or Mozzarella over the top and finish with basil leaves and olive oil
