INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Curried Chickpeas Blocks
  • Yoghurt
  • Mint
  • Cucumber
  • Pickled Red Onions
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Curried Chickpeas Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Mix the yoghurt, cucumber and mint together to make a raita.
  3. Spoon the raita into a bowl.
  4. Top your raita with the Curried Chickpeas.
  5. Finish with pickled red onions and enjoy!
