  • 3 Blocks Golden Turmeric Dal
  • 1 Paratha
  • Butter
  • Bay Leaves
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Garlic

How to Make It

1. Heat up your Golden Turmeric Dal Blocks until piping hot
2. Meanwhile heat up some butter and add bay leaves, chilli flakes and garlic to create your tarka
3. Fry off the paratha until crispy
4. Plate up the Golden Turmeric Dal and drizzle over your tarka
5. Scoop up with the paratha for a satisfying dish
