Another brilliant use for frozen parathas when you're short on time but want something super satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Veggie Massaman Blocks
- 2 Parathas
- Handful of Herbs (We used Basil and Coriander)
- Wedge of Lime
COOKING METHOD
- Heat up the Veggie Massaman until piping hot.
- Pan fry the parathas until golden, puffed up and crispy.
- Spread the Massaman out in a thin layer over each paratha.
- Roll up the parathas and top with fresh herbs and a generous squeeze of lime.
