Massaman Paratha Rolls

Another brilliant use for frozen parathas when you're short on time but want something super satisfying. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Veggie Massaman Blocks
  • 2 Parathas
  • Handful of Herbs (We used Basil and Coriander)
  • Wedge of Lime
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up the Veggie Massaman until piping hot.
  2. Pan fry the parathas until golden, puffed up and crispy.
  3. Spread the Massaman out in a thin layer over each paratha.
  4. Roll up the parathas and top with fresh herbs and a generous squeeze of lime.
