Peri Chicken Potato Bake

This dish truly is comfort in a bowl. Crispy potatoes are topped with our spicy Peri Chicken and finished off with a garlic drizzle. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Peri Chicken Blocks
  • A handful of New Potatoes
  • Sugar Snap Peas
  • A dollop of yoghurt
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Ginger
COOKING METHOD
  1. Slice up your potatoes and put into the microwave to par cook
  2. Chop up your sugar snap peas
  3. Cover the par cooked potatoes in oil and place into an airfryer to crisp up
  4. Grab your Blocks from the freezer and heat up until piping hot
  5. Add the sugar snap peas to the potatoes for the last few minutes of crisping up
  6. Add some garlic and ginger to the yoghurt for a quick drizzle
  7. Load the potatoes up with the Peri Chicken Blocks and garlic yoghurt
  8. Enjoy!
