INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Creamy Mushrooms Blocks
  • Peeled Potatoes
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Parmesan
COOKING METHOD
  1. Peel and chop up your potatoes.
  2. Pop into the microwave until soft.
  3. Mash up with some milk and butter.
  4. Heat up your Blocks until piping hot.
  5. Add your parsley and garlic into a blender with white wine vinegar.
  6. Plate up the mash and top with your Creamy Mushrooms and Chimichurri.
  7. Enjoy!
