Ingredients
- 8 Blocks Chicken Tinga
- 8 Small Flour Tortillas
- 200g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
- 400g Enchilada Sauce (Shop Bought Or Homemade)
How to Make It
1.
Preheat your oven to 180°C and lightly grease a large baking dish
2.
Heat the Chicken Tinga in a pan over a medium heat until warmed through
3.
Lay a tortilla flat and spread a tablespoon of Homewrecker Pimento Cheese down the centre
4.
Add a scoop of the warmed Chicken Tinga on top
5.
Roll up the tortillas and place seam-side down in the prepared dish
6.
Pour the enchilada sauce evenly over the rolled tortillas
7.
Spread the remaining Homewrecker Pimento Cheese over the top
8.
Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
