- 6 Saag Tempeh Blocks
- Rice
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Yoghurt
- Mango Chutney
- Red Onion
- Coriander
How to Make It
1.
Heat oil in a pan, then add garlic and lemon zest until fragrant. Stir in the rice and toast for a few minutes.

Pour in water and simmer until the rice is nearly cooked, then add the Blocks and heat through.

Mix chopped red onion and coriander with lemon juice for a quick salad, and stir mango chutney into yoghurt.
4.
Serve the rice topped with the salad and a drizzle of mango yoghurt. Enjoy!
