Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Tinga Block
- 1 Small Tortilla
- 1 Tbsp Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
- 1/4 Avocado
- White Onion
- Parsley
- Red Chilli
- Lime
How to Make It
1.
Heat up your Chicken Tinga Block until piping hot.
2.
Finely slice the onion and chilli and toss with some parsley, lime juice and a pinch of salt.
3.
Smash the avocado and season to taste.
4.
Spread the pimento cheese onto the tortilla and airfry or grill until melted.
5.
Top the cheesey tortilla with a dollop of smashed avo, the hot Chicken Tinga and the onion salad.
6.
Finish with lime juice and enjoy!
