- 6 Blocks Hot Honey Ragu
- Spaghetti
- Stale bread
- Rosemary
- Garlic
How to Make It

Bring a saucepan of well-salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, add the stale bread, rosemary, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil to a blender. Blitz until coarse breadcrumbs form.

Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the breadcrumbs until golden and crisp to make the pangrattato. Set aside.

In a separate pan, heat the Blocks until piping hot.
5.
Drain the spaghetti and add it directly to the pan with the Blocks. Toss well until the pasta is evenly coated in the Hot Honey Ragù.
6.
Serve immediately, finishing with a generous sprinkle of pangrattato and grated cheese.
