INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Smoky Aubergine Blocks
  • Hummus
  • Pitta or Flatbread
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Coriander
  • Lemon
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Smoky Aubergine Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Toast your bread until lightly charred.
  3. Dollop some hummus in a bowl and top with your Smoky Aubergine, pomegranate seeds, lemon and chopped coriander.
  4. Serve the bread on the side for dipping!
