We've pimped some microwave grains with extra greens to bring you a delicious dinner that's absolutely bursting with veg.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Blocks Veggie Massaman
  • Microwave Grains
  • Handful of Spinach and/or Kale
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • 1 Lime
  • Coconut Yoghurt
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up the Veggie Massaman Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Roughly chop the greens and stirfry in a pan over a high heat until wilted.
  3. Toss in your ready-to-eat grains and heat through.
  4. Plate up the grains and top with the Massaman, coconut yoghurt, chopped chilli and a wedge of lime.
