Veggie Massaman

Ingredients
- 3 Blocks Veggie Massaman
- Microwave Grains
- Handful of Spinach and/or Kale
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1 Lime
- Coconut Yoghurt
How to Make It
1.
Heat up the Veggie Massaman Blocks until piping hot.
2.
Roughly chop the greens and stirfry in a pan over a high heat until wilted.
3.
Toss in your ready-to-eat grains and heat through.
4.
Plate up the grains and top with the Massaman, coconut yoghurt, chopped chilli and a wedge of lime.
