Cheese and mash stuffed yorkshire puddings inspired by a brilliant customer creation.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cracking Cottage Beef Blocks
  • 2 Yorkshire Puddings
  • Mashed Potato (home made or shop bought)
  • Grated Cheddar
  • Chives
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Stuff the puddings with mash and cheese.
  3. Bake in the oven until crispy.
  4. Top the puddings with the hot Cracking Cottage Beef and garnish with chives.
