Ingredients
Macho Peas
- Frozen Peas
- Handful of Mint
- Handful of Parsley
- Chilli Flakes
- Knob of Butter
Grilled Corn
- Corn on the Cob
- Knob of Butter
- Parsley
How to Make It
1.
Cook the peas in boiling salted water
2.
Finely chop the mint and parsley
3.
Drain the peas, then stir in the butter, herbs and chilli and season with salt and pepper
4.
Preheat the grill to high
5.
Place the corn on a rack and grill for around 10 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly charred
6.
Melt a knob of butter and stir in chopped parsley with salt and pepper
7.
Drizzle the herb butter over the corn and serve
