Smoky No'rizo Avo Toast

A fantastic way to use up that pesky single Block at the bottom of the pack!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Smoky No'rizo Blocks
  • 1 Slice of Sourdough
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Yoghurt
  • 1 Lemon
  • Parsley
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Block until piping hot.
  2. Toast the sourdough.
  3. Mix and squeeze of lemon with some yoghurt and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Roughly smash the avocado and spread over the toast.
  5. Top with the hot Smoky No'rizo, a drizzle of the lemon yoghurt and some chopped parsley.
