INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Thai Green Blocks
  • Grains
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Lime
  • Red chilli
  • Crispy onions
  • Vinegar
COOKING METHOD
  1. Chop up your cucumber and chilli then grate your carrot.
  2. Pour hot vinegar over your cucumber and chilli to pickle.
  3. Heat up your Thai Green Blocks.
  4. Microwave your grains.
  5. Plate up your ingredients and top with crispy onions and a squeeze of lime.
  6. Enjoy!
