Ingredients
- 8 Blocks Hearty Ragu
- 600g Potatoes
- 50g Butter
- 100ml Milk
- 100g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
How to Make It
1.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan)
2.
Boil the potatoes in a large pan of salted water for 15–20 minutes until tender, then drain
3.
Heat the Hearty Ragu as per the packet instructions and spread evenly in an ovenproof dish
4.
Mash the potatoes with the butter, milk and Homewrecker Pimento Cheese until smooth, then season with salt and pepper
5.
Spread the cheesy mash evenly over the ragu and use a fork to create ridges for extra crispy bits
6.
Bake for 25 minutes until golden and bubbling around the edges
7.
Serve hot straight from the oven and enjoy!
