One of our favourite ways to serve this delicious chicken dish - the crispy kale is a game changer!

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Blocks Marry Me Chicken
  • 2 Medium Sized Potatoes
  • Knob of Butter
  • Splash of Milk
  • 2 Large Handfuls of Kale
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
COOKING METHOD
  1. Peel the potatoes and chop into small, evenly sized pieces.
  2. Boil in salted water or microwave in a covered bowl until completely tender.
  3. Bake the kale in the oven at 160c with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt until crispy but not burnt.
  4. Mash the cooked potato together with a knob of butter, splash of milk and salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Heat up the Marry Me Chicken until piping hot.
  6. Top the mash with the Marry Me Chicken and finish with your crispy kale!
