A lesser known Italian classic, pasta and beans with a STOCKED twist using our fragrant Miso Beans.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Miso Beans Blocks
  • Rigatoni
  • Chopped Red Chilli (We used a jar)
  • Olive Oil
  • Chives
  • Parmesan
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Blocks in a pan until piping hot.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
  3. Mix the chopped chilli with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, toss in the pan with the Miso Beans, adding a splash of pasta water to loosen it up.
  5. Serve in a bowl and top with the chilli in oil, chopped chives and parmesan.
