Our creamy Tempeh Satay surrounded by rice noodles, crisp pepper and a jammy egg - the perfect pick me up.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Tempeh Satay Blocks
  • Rice Noodles
  • Red Pepper
  • 1 Egg
  • Coriander
  • Lime
  • Chilli Oil
COOKING METHOD
  1. Put your egg in a saucepan of boiling water and leave to boil.
  2. Chop up your pepper and coriander.
  3. Heat up your Tempeh Satay Blocks.
  4. Heat up your rice noodles.
  5. Plate up your ingredients and top with crispy onions and a squeeze of lime.
  6. Enjoy!
