Our Kimchi Pork with a crispy sesame egg and fresh herb salad.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Kimchi Pork Blocks
  • Sticky Rice (We used microwave rice)
  • 1 Egg
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Fresh Herbs (We used coriander and basil)
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packets.
  3. Add some oil to a non-stick pan over a medium heat. Sprinkle in some sesame seeds.
  4. Crack the egg in and baste with the hot oil and seeds until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve the hot Kimchi Pork over the rice.
  6. Add the sesame egg and fresh herbs on the side.
