Cheesy Sausage Gnocchi Bake

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 Blocks Sausage Arrabbiata
  • 100g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
  • 500g Gnocchi
  • 30g Butter
  • 30g Plain Flour
  • 300ml Milk
  • 30g Grated Parmesan
  • 25g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Salt & Pepper
COOKING METHOD
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan.

  2. Heat the Sausage Arrabbiata as per the packet instructions.

  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.

  4. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Simmer, stirring, until thickened.

  5. Stir in Homewrecker Pimento Cheese, then season with salt and pepper.

  6. Combine uncooked gnocchi and Sausage Arrabbiata sauce in a baking dish. Pour over béchamel sauce.

  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbling. Let sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
