Cheesy Sausage Gnocchi Bake

Ingredients

  • 8 Blocks Sausage Arrabbiata
  • 100g Homewrecker Pimento Cheese
  • 500g Gnocchi
  • 30g Butter
  • 30g Plain Flour
  • 300ml Milk
  • 30g Grated Parmesan
  • 25g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • Salt & Pepper

How to Make It

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C fan
2. Heat the Sausage Arrabbiata as per the packet instructions
3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat, stir in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux
4. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth, then simmer, stirring, until thickened
5. Stir in the Homewrecker Pimento Cheese and season with salt and pepper
6. Combine the uncooked gnocchi and Sausage Arrabbiata in a baking dish, then pour over the béchamel sauce
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs
8. Bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbling, rest for 5 minutes, then serve
