Jazz up your Dal with these crispy chickpeas and a buttery chapati.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Chana Dal Blocks
- 1 Chapati
- ½ Tin of Chickpeas
- Chilli Oil
- Coriander
COOKING METHOD
- Turn the oven on to 180c.
- Drain the chickpeas and toss with salt, peppers and some oil.
- Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat up your Chana Dal until piping hot.
- Top the Dal with the crispy chickpeas, chilli oil, chopped coriander and serve with a warm chapati.
