Chana Dal with Crispy Chickpeas

Jazz up your Dal with these crispy chickpeas and a buttery chapati.

Ingredients

  • 3 Chana Dal Blocks
  • 1 Chapati
  • ½ Tin of Chickpeas
  • Chilli Oil
  • Coriander

How to Make It

1. Turn the oven on to 180c.
2. Drain the chickpeas and toss with salt, peppers and some oil. 
3. Roast in the oven for 15 minutes or until crispy.
4. Meanwhile, heat up your Chana Dal until piping hot.
5. Top the Dal with the crispy chickpeas, chilli oil, chopped coriander and serve with a warm chapati.
