Blocks on toast? You betcha. This is our favourite way to use up that last lonely Block in the pack.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Pork Rendang Block
- 1 Slice of Bread (We love sourdough for this)
- Chunk of Cucumber
- Pinch of Desiccated Coconut
- Chilli Flakes (Optional)
COOKING METHOD
- Heat up the Pork Rendang until piping hot.
- Toast the bread and top with the Rendang.
- Grate the cucumber, squeeze out the excess moisture and add to the toast.
- Finish with a few pinches of coconut and season with salt and extra chilli!
