Ingredients
- 1 Pork Rendang Block
- 1 Slice of Bread (We love sourdough for this)
- Chunk of Cucumber
- Pinch of Desiccated Coconut
- Chilli Flakes (Optional)
How to Make It
1.
Heat up the Pork Rendang until piping hot.
2.
Toast the bread and top with the Rendang.
3.
Grate the cucumber, squeeze out the excess moisture and add to the toast.
4.
Finish with a few pinches of coconut and season with salt and extra chilli!
