Creamy Mushroom Garlic Bread

Homemade garlic ciabatta stuffed with out Creamy Mushrooms and lemony ricotta.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Creamy Mushrooms Blocks
  • 1 Ciabatta
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Butter
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Ricotta
  • 1 Lemon
COOKING METHOD
  1. Blend a knob of butter, the garlic and a handful of parsley. Season to taste.
  2. Slide open the ciabatta and spread the garlic butter over both sides.
  3. Bake until golden around the edges.
  4. Heat up the Creamy Mushrooms until piping hot.
  5. Top one side of the garlic bread with ricotta, a squeeze of lemon, the Creamy Mushrooms and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
  6. Close up the sandwich, slice and enjoy!
