Our spicy & tangy Kimchi Pork in a grilled cheese - need we say more?

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Kimchi Pork Blocks
  • Grated Cheese
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Sourdough
  • Butter
  • Pickles 
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Divide the cheese between two slices of sourdough, and top with the hot Kimchi Pork.
  3. Sprinkle sliced spring onions over the top and close up the sandwich.
  4. Toast the sandwich in butter over a medium heat in a pan until golden on each side, and the cheese is fully melted.
  5. Serve with sliced pickles!
