A hollowed out loaf stuffed with our Brazilian Beans...and a cheese crisp!
INGREDIENTS
  • Bread Boule
  • 6 Brazilian Beans Blocks
  • Handful Grated Cheese
  • Toasted Seeds
  • Fresh Chillies
COOKING METHOD
  • Cut a whole in the top of the bread boule and hollow out a bowl shape. Reserve the excess bread for breadcrumbs!
  • Bake the bread in the oven for 10-15 minutes at 180c.
  • Heat up your Brazilian Beans untit piping hot.
  • Pile up the grated cheese in a non-stick pan over a medium heat until melted and golden brown, around 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle the seeds over the melted cheese.
  • Carefully remove the cheese crisp and let cool completely for a couple of minutes on a paper towel.
  • Fill the bread bowl with the hot Beans and top with the cheese crisp and fresh chillies.
