Ingredients

  • Bread Boule
  • 6 Brazilian Beans Blocks
  • Handful Grated Cheese
  • Toasted Seeds
  • Fresh Chillies

How to Make It

1. Cut a hole in the top of the bread boule and hollow out a bowl shape, reserving the excess bread for breadcrumbs
2. Bake the bread in the oven for 10–15 minutes at 180°C
3. Heat up your Brazilian Beans until piping hot
4. Pile the grated cheese into a non-stick pan over a medium heat and cook for 5–10 minutes until melted and golden, then sprinkle over the seeds
5. Carefully remove the cheese crisp and let it cool for a couple of minutes on a paper towel
6. Fill the bread bowl with the hot beans and top with the cheese crisp and fresh chillies
