Drawing inspiration from the classic Mexican breakfast dish, this is a super quick and delicious brunch, lunch or snack using our Bean Chilli Blocks.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Plant Chilli Blocks
  • 1 Tortilla Wrap
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Avocado
  • Handful of Feta
  • Coriander
COOKING METHOD
  1. Char your tortilla on the gas flame or bake it in the oven until slightly crispy.
  2. Meanwhile, heat up your Bean Chilli Blocks until piping hot and fry the egg.
  3. Spread the hot Chilli over the tortilla and top with some sliced avocado, your fried egg, some sliced avocado, crumbled feta and a sprinkle of coriander.
  4. Serve with your favourite hot sauce!
