Drawing inspiration from the classic Mexican breakfast dish, this is a super quick and delicious brunch, lunch or snack using our Bean Chilli Blocks.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Plant Chilli Blocks
- 1 Tortilla Wrap
- 1 Egg
- ½ Avocado
- Handful of Feta
- Coriander
COOKING METHOD
- Char your tortilla on the gas flame or bake it in the oven until slightly crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat up your Bean Chilli Blocks until piping hot and fry the egg.
- Spread the hot Chilli over the tortilla and top with some sliced avocado, your fried egg, some sliced avocado, crumbled feta and a sprinkle of coriander.
- Serve with your favourite hot sauce!
