Thai Green with Herb & Apple Salad

A fresh and zingy way to garnish our Thai Green Chicken.

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Blocks Thai Green
  • Rice (We used Microwave Sticky Rice)
  • Green Apple
  • Mint
  • Coriander
  • Red Chilli
  • Lime
COOKING METHOD
  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Thinly slice the apple into matchsticks and slice the red chilli.
  3. Pick the mint and coriander leaves off the stalks and mix with the apple and chilli. Squeeze some lime juice to coat the salad.
  4. Heat up your Blocks until they are piping hot.
  5. Top the rice with the Thai Green and apple salad.
