One of the world's great sandwiches made easy with our Thai Green.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Thai Green Blocks
  • 1 bake at home Baguette
  • 1 Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • 1 Red Chilli
  • Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar
  • Pinch of Sugar
  • Crispy Onions
  • Mayo
  • Coriander
COOKING METHOD
  1. Bake the baguette according to the instructions on the pack.
  2. Slice the carrot, cucumber and chilli into strips or batons.
  3. Warm the vinegar with an equal amount of water and a pinch of sugar and salt.
  4. Pour the hot pickle liquid over the veg and leave for 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
  5. Heat up the Blocks until piping hot.
  6. Slice open the baguette and add a thin layer of mayo.
  7. Follow with the Thai Green, pickled veg, crispy onions and fresh coriander.
