Keep pitta in your freezer so you can whip one of these up for lunch at a moment's notice!
- 2 Curried Chickpea Blocks
- 1 Pitta
- ¼ Onion
- Mint (or any other fresh herbs)
- Nigella Seeds (Optional)
- Heat up your Curried Chickpea Blocks until piping hot.
- Lightly toast the pitta and then slice in half, opening each piece up into a pocket.
- Finely slice the onion and mix the herbs through.
- Load up the pitta with the curry and top with the sliced onion, herbs and seeds!
