Curry Pitta

Keep pitta in your freezer so you can whip one of these up for lunch at a moment's notice!
  • 2 Curried Chickpea Blocks
  • 1 Pitta
  • ¼ Onion
  • Mint (or any other fresh herbs)
  • Nigella Seeds (Optional)
  1. Heat up your Curried Chickpea Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Lightly toast the pitta and then slice in half, opening each piece up into a pocket.
  3. Finely slice the onion and mix the herbs through.
  4. Load up the pitta with the curry and top with the sliced onion, herbs and seeds!
