A Medditerranean inspired brunch dish thats tough to beat.
INGREDIENTS
  • 4 Smoky No'rizo Blocks
  • 2 Eggs
  • Handful of Feta
  • Handful of Coriander
  • Crusty Bread
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up the Smoky No'rizo Blocks in a skillet until piping hot.
  2. Crack in a couple of eggs, cover, and cook until set.
  3. Sprinkled over some feta and fresh coriander.
  4. Serve with toasted crusty bread and enjoy!
