One for the sunnier days in the garden with friends!

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Smoky Pork Blocks
  • 3 Small Tortillas (Corn or Flour)
  • Small Tin of Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/2 Red Onion
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • Lime
  • Coriander
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Smoky Pork Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Dice the tomato and red onion and mix with the sweetcorn and chopped coriander. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice.
  3. Warm up the tortillas.
  4. Top each tortilla with Smoky Pork, sliced avocado and your salsa.
  5. Serve with lime and enjoy!
