An unbeatable springtime brunch made with our Summer Beans.
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Summer Beans Blocks
  • Bread
  • Handful of Feta
  • Any Soft Herbs (we used dill and basil)
  • Olive Oil
  • Lemon
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up the Summer Beans Blocks.
  2. Toast your bread.
  3. Blend the herbs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the feta over the top and serve with the lemon.
