An unbeatable springtime brunch made with our Summer Beans.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Summer Beans Blocks
- Bread
- Handful of Feta
- Any Soft Herbs (we used dill and basil)
- Olive Oil
- Lemon
COOKING METHOD
- Heat up the Summer Beans Blocks.
- Toast your bread.
- Blend the herbs with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the feta over the top and serve with the lemon.
