We've done the hard part for you so you can spend your time making some iconic sides to go with that Peri Chicken.
INGREDIENTS

Macho Peas

  • Frozen Peas
  • Handful of Mint
  • Handful of Parsley
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Knob of Butter

 

Grilled Corn

  • Corn on the Cob
  • Knob of Butter
  • Parsley
COOKING METHOD

Macho Peas

  1. Cook your peas in boiling salted water.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the mint and parsley.
  3. Drain the peas once cooked and stir in the butter, herbs, chilli and season with salt & pepper.

 

Grilled Corn

  1. Preheat the grill to high.
  2. Place the corn on a rack and grill for around 10 minutes, turning frequently, until lightly charred.
  3. Melt a knob of butter and stir in a handful of chopped parsley and some salt & pepper.
  4. Once the corn is cooked on all sides, drizzle the herb butter over the top.
