A perfect Peri Pitta for lunch in a pinch.
- 2 Peri Chicken Blocks
- 1 Pitta Bread
- Tin of Sweetcorn
- ½ Avocado
- Heat up your Peri Chicken Blocks until piping hot.
- Lightly toast your pitta and slice in a half.
- Open up each half and stuff with the Peri Chicken, sweetcorn and sliced avocado.
