A perfect Peri Pitta for lunch in a pinch.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Peri Chicken Blocks
  • 1 Pitta Bread
  • Tin of Sweetcorn
  • ½ Avocado
COOKING METHOD
  1. Heat up your Peri Chicken Blocks until piping hot.
  2. Lightly toast your pitta and slice in a half.
  3. Open up each half and stuff with the Peri Chicken, sweetcorn and sliced avocado.
