Peri Chicken
1 Pack = 8 blocks / 2+ meals
Ingredients
- 2 Peri Chicken Blocks
- 1 Cob of Corn (tinned works fine!)
- 1 Tortilla Wrap
- Handful of Spinach
- Handful Feta
How to Make It
1.
Grill your corn on the cob on a high heat, turning regularly until charred on all sides. Alternatively, drain a tin of sweetcorn and fry in a pan until golden.

Meanwhile, heat up your Peri Chicken Blocks

Place the charred corn on the cob on a board, flat side down, and carefully slice the kernels off.

Warm up your tortilla, and top with a large handful of spinach, the hot Peri Chicken, the charred corn and a handful of crumbled feta.
5.
Finish with hot sauce if you like it spicy, wrap up and enjoy!
