Peri Peri Wrap

The cheekiest of lunch wraps uses our Limited Edition Peri Chicken, jazzed up with charred corn and feta.
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Peri Chicken Blocks
  • 1 Cob of Corn (tinned works fine!)
  • 1 Tortilla Wrap
  • Handful of Spinach
  • Handful Feta
COOKING METHOD
  1. Grill your corn on the cob on a high heat, turning regularly until charred on all sides. Alternatively, drain a tin of sweetcorn and fry in a pan until golden.
  2. Meanwhile, heat up your Peri Chicken Blocks
  3. Place the charred corn on the cob on a board, flat side down, and carefully slice the kernels off.
  4. Warm up your tortilla, and top with a large handful of spinach, the hot Peri Chicken, the charred corn and a handful of crumbled feta.
  5. Finish with hot sauce if you like it spicy, wrap up and enjoy!
