- 2 Sausage Arrabbiata Blocks
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Pitta
- Handful of Spinach
- Salt & Pepper
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and whisk together.
- Add a drizzle of oil or a knob of butter to a non-stick pan and add the eggs.
- Cook over a low-medium heat, stirring regularly until cooked to your preferred consistency.
- Meanwhile, heat up the Blocks until piping hot.
- Lightly toast the pitta and cut in half, width ways.
- Stuff the pitta with fresh spinach, the scrambled egg and the Sausage Arrabbiata.
- Top with chopped chives and black pepper.
