Ingredients
- 4 Sausage Arrabbiata Blocks
- Handful of Grated Mozzarella
- 2 Tortillas
- 1 Avocado
- Fresh Herbs (We like Dill!)
How to Make It
1.
Heat up the Sausage Blocks until piping hot
2.
Cover half of each tortilla with cheese and top with the Sausage Arrabbiata
3.
Fold the tortilla over and toast in a dry pan until the cheese has melted and it is golden brown
4.
Slice into wedges and top with diced avocado and fresh dill
5.
Serve with fried eggs or BBQ beans for dipping if you like
