These Limited Edition Blocks were made for mash - and here's how to do it in 10 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tarragon Chicken Blocks
- 1 Large Potato
- Knob of Butter
- Splash of Milk
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Black Pepper
COOKING METHOD
- Peel the potato and chop it into small cubes. Place in a microwave-safe container and cover tightly with a lid.
- Microwave on high for between 8 and 10 minutes, or until the potato is completely cooked through.
- Mash the potato with a fork or masher and add the butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat up the Tarragon Chicken Blocks until piping hot.
- Serve the chicken over the creamy mash and top with freshly chopped parsley and black pepper.
