Tarragon Chicken and Mash

These Limited Edition Blocks were made for mash - and here's how to do it in 10 minutes.
  • 3 Tarragon Chicken Blocks
  • 1 Large Potato
  • Knob of Butter
  • Splash of Milk
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  1. Peel the potato and chop it into small cubes. Place in a microwave-safe container and cover tightly with a lid.
  2. Microwave on high for between 8 and 10 minutes, or until the potato is completely cooked through.
  3. Mash the potato with a fork or masher and add the butter and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat up the Tarragon Chicken Blocks until piping hot.
  5. Serve the chicken over the creamy mash and top with freshly chopped parsley and black pepper.
