- 1 Chilli Block
- 1 Hotdog Roll
- 1 Sausage/Frankfurter
- 1 Large Gherkin
- Small Pinch Fresh Coriander
- 20g Finely Grated Cheddar
- Tbsp Crispy Onions
- American Mustard
- Heat up your chilli block in the microwave or on the hob until piping hot.
- Heat your sausage of choice by following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Meanwhile, finely dice the gherkin and roughly chop the coriander. Mix these together in a small bowl and set aside.
- Once the sausage is cooked, place it in the hotdog bun followed by the hot chilli.
- Top with grated cheese, diced pickle, ketchup, mustard and finally the crispy onions.
