Gnocchi Ragu with Gremolata

The quickest and easiest way to make these Blocks shine - spooned over gnocchi with a bright and vibrant gremolata.
  • 3 Hearty Ragu Blocks
  • ½ Pack of Gnocchi
  • Small Bunch of Parsley
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Finely chop the parsley and place in a bowl. Grate or mince the garlic and add to the bowl with the zest of 1 lemon. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle in olive oil until you have a nice, spoonable consistency. That’s your gremolata.
  2. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and toss with a little olive oil.
  3. Heat up the Ragu Blocks until piping hot.
  4. Plate up the gnocchi and top with the ragu. Drizzle the gremolata over the top and finish with black pepper.
