- 4 Hearty Ragu Blocks
- ½ Pack of Gnocchi
- Small Bunch of Parsley
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Finely chop the parsley and place in a bowl. Grate or mince the garlic and add to the bowl with the zest of 1 lemon. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle in olive oil until you have a nice, spoonable consistency. That’s your gremolata.
- Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and toss with a little olive oil.
- Heat up the Ragu Blocks until piping hot.
- Plate up the gnocchi and top with the ragu. Drizzle the gremolata over the top and finish with black pepper.
