One of our favourite Winter comfort dishes made easy with our Creamy Mushrooms. Don't skip the topping, it's a game changer.
INGREDIENTS
  • 3 Creamy Mushrooms Blocks
  • White Rice
  • Handful of Parsley
  • A Few Cornichons (any pickles will do)
  • ½ Red Onion
COOKING METHOD
  1. Cook your rice according to the instructions.
  2. Heat up your Blocks until they are piping hot.
  3. Finely slice ½ a red onion and mix with some roughly chopped parsley and cornichons.
  4. Serve the Creamy Mushrooms over the rice and top with the parsley mix.
