One of our favourite Winter comfort dishes made easy with our Creamy Mushrooms. Don't skip the topping, it's a game changer.
- 3 Creamy Mushrooms Blocks
- White Rice
- Handful of Parsley
- A Few Cornichons (any pickles will do)
- ½ Red Onion
- Cook your rice according to the instructions.
- Heat up your Blocks until they are piping hot.
- Finely slice ½ a red onion and mix with some roughly chopped parsley and cornichons.
- Serve the Creamy Mushrooms over the rice and top with the parsley mix.
