Ingredients
- 3 Creamy Mushrooms Blocks
- White Rice
- Handful of Parsley
- A Few Cornichons (any pickles will do)
- ½ Red Onion
How to Make It
1.
Cook your rice according to the instructions.
2.
Heat up your Blocks until they are piping hot.
3.
Finely slice ½ a red onion and mix with some roughly chopped parsley and cornichons.
4.
Serve the Creamy Mushrooms over the rice and top with the parsley mix.
